Order with rebooking guarantee

Lichtletters-Huren.nl is open and continues to rent out. If you would like to rent light letters, we understand that the situation is uncertain. We would like to give you a little bit of certainty, as far as possible. That is why we offer a free rebooking guarantee! If your event cannot take place due to the laws and regulations regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus, you can still use your order at a later time. So don’t worry! Your money will not be lost; no cancellation and change costs (AVW article 21).

Rebooking guarantee
• The new order must be made as soon as reasonably possible and can only be used within 12 months;
• The regular general terms and conditions apply to this new reservation. You agree to this when making the new reservation;
• Only the main booker of the order may place the new order;
• Extra service: The new order does not necessarily have to be the same. If the sum of the new order is higher, you pay additional costs. When you place a cheaper order, the difference will not be credited.

Question and answer:
• I already have an order, does this arrangement also apply to me?
The rebooking guarantee applies to all our customers, even if you have already booked.
• Suppose no government guidelines or measures have been taken, can I still change my booking?
If no measures have been announced, the normal provisions apply in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

Finally, we naturally take our responsibility. We closely follow the guidelines from the RIVM and the safety regions.
